Description
This studio album was recorded in 2015 and was the first dedicated ‘Martin Barre Band’ recording most of the tracks were performed live at Middle Farm studios in Devon.
Featuring George Lindsay on drums, Dan Crisp on vocals and Alan Thomson on bass, with Alan Bray playing bass on ‘Slow Marching Band’ and Alex Hart and Elani Andrea providing backing vocals and main vocals on ‘You and I’.
The CD is mix of original songs with two Tull tracks, a Beatles “cover” and a re-working of Smokestack Lightning.This mix of styles makes an album of many contrasts, but with the band identity strong throughout.
